Tiberon trails is like the projects, they don't fix anything, the paint is cheap, the security is bootleg. I have been living in tiberon trails for a year and the walls are very thin you can hear everyone in there apartments and halls. They have leaks that they dont fix. They advertise that you control your own heat, that is a lie. My apartment is freezing others are blazing hot.

I somewhat agree with this response. Except this place is worst than a project.At least at a project the structure is stronger and what you see is what you get. Management/advertisements of this place is false. Quiet community? Huh! How and the police stay out here on call. This place have more shootings to be so small. Parking is probably ok because tenants dread coming back, park somewhere else to keep there cars from being broken into, or because they don't stay long. Staff don't and won't address any issue younbring to them even though they are stated in the lease. Oh and they make moving a strategy they find every way possible to keep your deposit and charge extra drummed up charges for work they wouldn't do when the unit was being occupied. Take my advise Don't move here! If you won't do that take pictures moving in of everything, and out, document every complaint from mainenance to property, and pop by at different times and pay good attention.
