Tiberon's advertisement is false when it states luxury living try more like Under a Street Bridge living. The place a nightmare. New renters find this out after being baited in. Management if you can call it that because they don't manage ANYTHING but the collecttion of money. There is a BLACK MOLD issue in the apartment and they suggest spraying it everyday with bleach. The sad thing about it is who's usaully wants to be home everyday fighting with mold' If a day of bleach treatment is missed the MOLD spreads worst. Now, their little bleach treatment treats the mold but I also have to seek treatment for the effects it's taken on me. Oh, by the way their not concerned that there is a child also residing in this. Luxury living consist of Management and it's staff seeing to the wellness of it's residents and property. There won't be a Tiberon Trails if the Mold is allowed to continue spreading and a law suit or more is entered for the health of the residents who are affected by it. My suggestion is if this is your only resort seek a shelter and continue exploring other options because in the end if you can't afford some other place to live you will pay for more than rent. Like uncontrolled auto thefts, apartments being broken into and set on fire, shootings, lazy management, noisy inviroment, low grade appliances, and every thing you can imagine. Luxury huh, with mold, water damage in the wall due to shabby air conditioning installation and rain, balconies which has to be secured by 2 by 4's just to allow fresh air in, unattended balconies with paint chipping causing it to look bad and broken slats that can harm pets and young ones but thats Luxuriuos, NOT!
