Not bad - Apartment is brand new, so no real maintence issues. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Layout is nice, appliances and fixtures are the best features. My only complaint is the amount of noise you hear from the upstairs neighbors. Terrible place to live I recently moved out of summerwood and the apartments are horrible. Sure it's a great place to look at but to live there its horrible. Vehicles get broken into a lot, all you smell is the marijuana smoke, men are just hanging around and it's a nightmare,

Fraudulent Business Practices/Rude/Unprofessional I moved in on a temporary basis (6 months) and paid in advance. When moving out they refused to return my overpayment and have yet to return my overpayment or security deposit in spite of numerous phone calls.
