My boyfriend and I moved here with our baby last July. We were thrilled that we had found a place with 2 bedrooms and at such a low rental price. Anyways, we have had a few problems since living here. The people that live on the 2nd floor of our building played music loudly during the middle of the night. I contacted management with complaints about 3 or 4 times and they did not return my phone calls or even acknowledge the problem. Our dishwasher somehow puts a grainy sand all over our dishes. The smoke alarms have had to be fixed 5 times so far. There were pink stains on the carpet when we first moved in and I really hope we are not charged for then when it comes time to move out. And, finally, a lot of the residents leave the security doors propped wide open during the night. This was one issue that I complained about and got no feedback. I would recommend this apartment to someone that is low on budget and has no regard for what there neighbors do. I can guarantee you that I won't still be living here when my lease is up this July.
