Just like the title, I love my living space but all of these college kids are crazy! I have kids and I'm very surprised that they get sleep at night. My son crawled in bed with me the other night because he was awakened by the noise. I looked out the window and a group of about 4 guys were standing on the side walk exchanging "items" that did involved $. You figured out what they were exchanging! Don?t forget the beer bottles, cans, etc that are left over on Sunday morning. On most of those party nights, LOUD music, fights in the hall/sidewalk, loud talking, AND don?t forget the people that STOMP their feet up the stairs. For some reason, our apartment was built underneath the stairs!

Like some of the other reviews here, GOOD LUCK if you want to park on weekends. Too many parties. Too much alcohol. Too much noise until 3-4am. Of course you can call the police but they really can't do much.

Let's also not forget about the 19 cars that were broken into this past SPRING and then the 3 vans that had their rear windows shot out in the middle of the night. There is no security at all here. The 2nd week we lived in the apartment, the people next door to us were robbed through the sliding door and the neighbor behind us was arrested all in the same 48 hours. We felt very welcome.

There are numerous potholes in the parking lot but they are finally getting around to repaving the parking lot this week. I pay $705 for a 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath apartment. Park Jefferson and Castle Point are cheaper and just as noisy if not less noisy. What are we paying the extra money for'
