I'M A registered nurse and I have lived here with my husband for 4 years now. The rent is cheap and we can travel thanks to that. I personally have never had any problems living here. I can tell you what time it is by what the maintenance staff is doinng on the property. If I call for a repair they are there that day and have always been courtious and polite and thats several different men and all with the same attitude. Sure there is what I call riff raff in and out of the place but those people come and are gone. Most are struggling to make ends meet and if a couple a beers by the valleyball court is what the big to do is then so be it... The best pool in the area everyone loves it very clean and tested daily. The office staff is a group of the most polite women ive ever known. I would say most have been there over 10 yrs. I have never had any problem with my vehicles. My neighbors have burned cookies a few times so I bought some renters insurance. You cant beat 540 a month including gas and the apartment is gas. The washer and dryer in the basement are brand new but I use laundramat but in a pinch their fine. Even with going out to do laundry you can save money living here. When we think of moving to get more room because of new grandbaby being born family get togethers etc... We think of how this also affords us to do more with them and travel.. I would personally recommend this apartment to anyone and I do often

How quaint, the only decent review of this place in the past year, just like the other "good" reviews, seem to show up right before college students move back to town.
