Nice before change in management

When I first moved in McKinley Woods in 2002 everything was great. The maintainence men came within 24 hours, if not much less, the pool was kept clean, and we had virtually no problems with crime or noise. When the new management came in everything about the place took a turn for the worse. Neighbors from the section 8 housing would break into the pool, the grass was never mowed, there were constant parties and I know for almost a fact there were several drug dealers living there (ah, cop friends). They stopped replacing the bulbs for the parking lots and there was like zero visability at night in the parking lot. I seriously had no room to be in the pool because there were always a bunch of kids that didn't even live there jumping and splashing around. Eveyone got evicted because the accountant was embezzling money and the rent everyone was paying was never accounted for. Lucky for me, my bank was able to provide copies of the checks that had cleared to pay my rent. It's not worth it, live elsewhere.
