The management are lying fools. they don't care about the wellfare of their tenants. the maintenance guys are rude. I never felt safe in the community. fire trucks were out their once a week. hard a## water. The air doesn't flow to the second floor. If your neighboor smokes, guess what...you get all the second hand becuz their ventilation is total crap and they don't care. Rent is way to much! Overall, if you want a place to live and you smoke, keep to yourself, and have a bunch of money to waste, then this is the place to be.

I have lived here for a few years now and I only have seen 1 fire truck come in and thats when the office had a fire. I think the size of my spacious apartment is worth the price and everyone in the office is nice. Maybe you did not follow the rules and that is why you are mad.
