management needs to be replaced along with some maintenance

Management is very rude. The head manager is a scatter brain, she talks about a million different things at once, she cannot stay focused on what she is talking about. Maintenance are pigs, when they come to fix something they never clean up after themselves. When you try to call the office and want to talk to who is in charge they are never there. Shouldn't they be there? I cannot wait until my lease expires. I will definitely make sure the next place is not ran by the same people. I wonder if the owners are aware of the management here, you can't seem to get an answer from them either. I have lived her awhile, and since this woman has been here they have had a revolving door in their office. Why? She must be a real piece of work to work for. Find another property to move to. There are more in mishawaka and from what I hear they care about their residents
