Not great, not horrible.

When I moved into Runaway Bay, the staff was very nice, did all they could to acomadate my needs and worked with me on a price, but it seemed as if after I moved in they didn't want to be that helpful. The apartments had a pretty cool layout, and I'm not sure, but I think I got my fireplace for free (no hidden charge). The only problems I had with the apartment itself was that the people that lived above me had a large dog that liked to run around at all hours. It sounded like he was doing it on pourpose, but what can you do... The parking was HORRIBLE. Sometimes you had to park 2 buildings down, which in the winter time was bad trying to bring groceries home. My neighbor got up at 5:15 every morning, which I knew because I could hear his alarm loud enough to wake me! The sidewalks got icey in the winter, and I slipped and fell more than once. The apartment was either too cold or too hot, unless I had the windows open, it was never quite right (which could be something on my part). Overall, if you are an extremely private person, you prolly wouldn't have a problem with this apartment complex. It was a great started apartment for the price and was close to everything. Just beware, if you like to sleep in and your neighbor doesn't, you prolly won't sleep in either. (ie: the walls are VERY thin.)
