This place is grossly overrated.
Appliances are just a joke.
Dishes after dishwasher look worse that before the washing.
The refrigerator was always full of water.
Managers just do not want to hear about it.
Try breaking the lease and you will end up paying around $2000.00
Forget about your security deposit they will find how not to give this money back to you.
The territory is covered with duck/ goose waste.There is no soundproofing in the buildings.
You can hear every squeak of your neighbors mattress

Does'nt ever apartment community have a lease break policy? And agin with the geese? come on people. I hope you never move to a neighborhood with this problem.
