I've never had any issues with noise and I live right at the entranceway (Douglas). It's an older community, but it very well taken care of and the staff is very professional and you can tell take pride in their community. I'm a property manager at another local community and therefore, quite picky and I've been pleasantly surprised. I'd definitely recommend University Park.
