We lived in a one bedroom for a year and never had too many complaints. The apartment was nice size for the money. I especially loved the fireplace. The only major complaint I had was the open patio on the lake allowed the geese to come up and deposit their waste; also they would get aggressive which prevented us from going out to our patio. The positive side of the open patio was feeding and watching the baby ducks grow.
The maintenance staff was friendly and timely with any requests we had. The office staff was also very friendly and responsive. We were made to feel welcome at Williamsburg. They are non-discriminatory as well. We are a ------- couple and that was never an issue with the staff or the neighbors in our building.
