We lived here for just over a year, and overall we were pleased. Maintenance responded quickly and the office staff was pleasant and helpful. They had resident appreciation week and left gifts on our doorstep. The pool was usually kept clean except when a particular lifeguard was working, but I doubt she is still employed there. My one complaint is that the rent seems a little bit high when you consider how old the apartments are.
