My husband got a job in Elkhart, and we needed to find a place that accommodated dogs. We were helped by a friendly office staff, but because they had no vacants, there was nothing for us to see. We took a chance and rented anyway. We loved living at Williamsburg and would recommend it to anyone. The maintenance staff was awesome and worked very hard on keeping the snow cleared in the winter. We also loved the wildlife - the ducks and swans especially.
