We've lived here for three years (during law school). Nice, quiet place to study. Neighbors are nice. Stuff will break down in the apartment, but the staff is quick to get it fixed. Safe and cozy. Ultimately, a great value! Our rent barely trickles up each year (I think they increased it $3 last time). The place is very well maintained.
Not a lot of frills, but nice, clean, and safe. My favorite apartment complex so far.
