Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
Williamsburg on the Lake has been a great place to live. The grounds are nice and kept up and the people in the office are very nice and helpful.
Pros:
Office staff was great!
nice grounds- 2 lakes
very quick maintenance! (within the day you call usually)
easy parking, space always available
carports available, you can rent them only for the winter which is nice!
great location
always felt safe
Cons:
noisy neighbors--you'll get this anywhere you live though
smoke from the noisy neighbors seeping in through my window
barking dogs
fire here in spring of 2009
