nice but lousy management

The apartments are nice if you get a newer one, but whenever you go to the office when they're open, half the time no one is there! The apartments are quiet and clean.

Our oven is going out, and the toilet never flushes half the time, but we haven't gone to a maintenance man yet.

The fee for having a pet is outrageous-it's a $200 deposit $40 extra a month.

But they let you have big dogs.

No real big problems here.
