I have lived at Applegate for just over 3 years, and am extremely pleased with the complex. The management is friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are prompt, clean and always go out of their way to address any maintenance issues. Snow removal is thorough and swift in the winter. The complex is clean and quiet. The management is pet-friendly, and several nice dogs live in the area who like to play with my dog.

I highly recommend this complex to anyone.
