I lived on a one bedroom for almost two years.
I wouldn't leave if I didn't have to move for work.
It is very quiet and very safe.
Not once was I scared, bothered, or inconvinced in anyway.
The maintence staff is very polite and get what needs to be done.
You may need to remind them if it isn't an immediate issue but they try their best.
The grounds are well kept and plowed while most are at work when it snows so everyone can get in and out of the parking.
Always avaliable parking and a bus ride or few minute car ride from anyting you need, from laundry mat and groceries to education at the university and video rental.
Granted these apartments are brand new and are a little dated but that's what makes it so affordable.
It's a dependable company and will help you out if you ever need it.
I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an apartment in Muncie.
It's a great place and I'll be sad to leave it.
