I have lived here almost a month now and I have to say I have had a pleasant experience. For the price, these apartments are well-kept and very nice. When looking for apartments, this one was the only one that had everything I wanted: friendly staff, quiet atmosphere and clean rooms. The property manager is so friendly. Maintenance issues are taken care of fast as well. One of the employees actually offered to help shovel my car out of the snow today without hesitation. If you're a bsu student and looking for a party place, Applegate is not for you! It's mainly older bsu studenets/grad students and those in their late '20's to older. I have had no complaints so far except that for being a smaller apartment, it doesn't keep heated very well. I had to get a space heater to help out a little, but if that's the only problem I have, I'll take it. I'm glad I moved here! The staff made my transition very easy! Thanks!
