I have lived here twice. The first time I was pleased but had to move out at the end of my contract because my fiancee and I broke up temporarily. We later got together and moved back in a year or so later and my experience was not the same anymore. The new office manager tried to charge me extra money when I moved out because she didn't know what she was talking about. She had to call her boss and put her on speakerphone, who then told her that she was wrong and I was right. Well I FINALLY got my deposit back after 40 days and they took rent out of it when I paid everything the way I was supposed to. Not to mention money for cleaning and damages when I cleaned it all day on move out day. Needless to say I will no longer recommend it to anyone. We have a lot of college students and parents that come in where I work and I will no longer recommend this place. I had numerous problems with neighbors being noisy and I had a newborn so this was a problem. They said they talked to them but it kept being a repeated problem. One time they came to fix my toilet and dragged dirt and mud on the carpet (probably what I got charged for) as well as scraped the tile and didn't fix it.

The apartments themselves are good for a first apartment but they are very small. I moved somewhere much bigger and for much cheaper.
