I found out so late that I would be staying in Muncie that no other places were available for what I needed. I moved in in August, and things were fine. First problem I had was fixed in a timely matter (same day(, and I thought "Great, much quicker than the other apartments I've lived in." Well, since then, things have gone downhill.
