The apartments were nice, but the landlord was TERRIBLE! He never answered his phone or called us back, nothing got fixed until another owner of the building complained, we were charged for everything that was wrong that we didnt break and we never got out security deposits back, no explaination, no returned calls, no contact whatsoever. Worst decision we ever made.

I lived here and had no problems with my landlord or my unit (08-current) This is an old post, so things may have changed. My friends, also lived there and they had a different landlord, which I never heard them complain about. I beleive all these units are owned by different landlords.
