Cardinal Villas was a great place to live. My roomates and I lived there during the 05 - 06 school year. Our landlord Edward Lazaros was great. We were allowed to move in three weeks before school started. Our apartment was very clean when we moved into it. We had a renovated unit that had new hard wood floors and new carpeting. Our landlord Edward reimbursed us for the cost of two area rugs so that the wood floors would not be cold to walk on in the winter. Cardinal Villas is close to campus and was a nice place to live. We only moved out because we wanted to rent something within walking distance to the bars.
