Nice place compared to other houses near campus. No outrageous gas heat bills!! Ample floor plan and washer/dryer units are nice, no trips down the hall. Easy to split with a couple of other roommates. I've had zero landlord issues thus far.
I would recommend this complex to any family or friend.
