DO NOT LIVE HERE! management and maintenance (or lack there of) sucks! If you are a parent and you are looking for a safe place to live where your kids will be well taken care of DO NOT COME TO CARDINAL VILLAS. They are very unprofessional and more like slum lords than professional.

I live in Cardinal Villas and my landlord is great. There were 2 issues that came up during my lease and i contacted the landlord and the problems got fixed immediately.

I've had no problems with the management or maintenance at Cardinal Villas. Cardinal Villas is a condominium complex, so your owner and landlord might be different than the others. I've had no problems with the owner of my property. I've had an enjoyable time at Cardinal Villas. All of my maintenance concerns have been addressed in a timely and professional manner. It is much nicer than when I lived in College Park last year.

I lived here and had no problems with my landlord or my unit. My friends, also lived there and they had a different landlord, which I never heard them complain about. I beleive all these units are owned by different landlords.
