This is a nice place to live. They have background screenings to make sure not just anyone is living there. I had some downstairs neighbors with extremely loud, annoying children which were not controlled. When they moved out the place was a dream. The parking is a little annoying. You are given a sticker to allow you to park up front. You get one car up front per apartment. This was disregarded by many tenants and management did little about it. All utilities are included which is a major plus. When we eventually moved out it did take about a month longer than quoted to get our deposit back, which is a pain if you need it to move in somewhere else. Overall I would recommend it to anyone who wants a clean, safe place to live.
