Compared to most places near campus, this place is much better... but there are still some major flaws.

Clubhouse amenities are nice, but the staff can be a bit stuffy about college students' lifestyles. The pool was closed occassionally last summer because of excessive garbage. Granted there was some abuse to the facility more than once, but the notices posted were a little offensive, implying the residents were children, needed to grow up, and the pool would be closed until then.

Maintenance does a bang-up job... Mold appeared when the A/C drain from an apartment above us got clogged... maintenance painted over it, but it came back. The foundation of my building flooded once, soaking my bedroom's carpet. They replaced the carpeting within just a few hours... very swift response when a major problem happens. Most of the time they just patch the problems instead of fixing them.

Noise is moderate. Noisy neighbors having parties will keep you up. The courtesy officer never responds. Normally, I could tolerate parties, however the construction of these buildings doesn't block out much of the noise.

My apartment was broken into two days before Christmas and a rock was thrown through our patio door just a few weeks later. Both incidents were quickly responded to by office staff and the police. Each time the locks were changed/repairs made within 24 hours.

Cable network is privately owned, prices are half that of Comcast. They'll let you put a dish anywhere. High speed internet is pretty decent for being free.

For a college apartment, College Park is a good fit. I would not recommend it to a grad student or family.
