decent apartments, and only had minor problems overall

maintanence is pretty quick to react to anything that went wrong, but we lost a heater, a microwave, and a dryer all in one year. management is nice and haven't had too much of a problem with them overall. only an extra $20/mo for a furnished apt.-- which was very worth it.
