It started out as a good place to live. I lived there with three of my freinds in a 4 bed 4 bath unfurnished apartment. The rent and bills were reasonable for what we got. However, the walls are paper thin and either poorly insulated or not insulated at all. I could hear conversations and arguments next door. Plus in the winter the windows would leak in cold air because the cheap plastic window frames are warped from the weather and they don't match together correctly so it left nice big spaces for cold air to get into. The cleanliness was also a BIG issue. The stairwell going up to our apartment smelled as though someone had peed in it (which I found later to be true). Even worse was some people down the way had a party and someone got too drunk and left behind two big piles of puke in the hallway that stayed there until I moved out. If you go to building 11 to the second floor im sure there are two big red stains on the floor to this day that verify my story. In all, its like a big dorm, just more room and not so much on the cleanliness. The plans for these apartments were sold to the lowest bidding construction company.
