So this place attempts to persuade you into thinking that it's the "best". But they have no "ups" on any place in town, mainly those closer to campus. I lived there my first year out of the dorms...bad mistake. I should have stayed in the "hole I was in (campus)" because at least I would have been noticed. I have MANY complaints about this place. First is with the "management"...or "the so called property manager"... she will try to act like your "friend" but when it all comes down to it, your are just another monthly rent check. She does not care what your problem is and neither does the rest of the staff, starting with Jam*****. He went through our lease so quick, I felt like I was in a whirlwind. Nothing was explained, don't be fooled. U think u might be getting a great deal. YOU ARE WRONG. Not too mention all the problems I had once I moved in. Bad maintenance, no service(on what I had expected), Lost rent checks, they have plenty of parking but that was because no one hardly lives here. They went through more management changes than I can count, hard telling what's coming in the future.

I respect your concerns, but if this was such an issue why was the office not informed?

im glad the mAnagement responded im sure the office was informed several times. But they have others say they are out and never get back and never give you the name or number of there corporate office, DO NOT LIVE HERE
