Overall, these apartments are an ok place to live. If you're an undergrad student. I moved here because it was cheap and didn't know anyone coming in. Luckily I got matched with good people for the most part. No real problems other than normal roommate stuff. Parking is also not a problem and I've never had an issue with office or maintenance staff. Shuttle is great if don't want to park on campus and there are bus stops in front and back of complex. Fitness center is tiny but if you use it in the morning or middle of the afternoon usually no one is there. For an extra $20/month you can get a furnished apartment, which is nice if you don't want to go buy a bunch of furniture.

However, it is like living in the dorms on the weekends. Parties go on all weekend, which should be expected from a mainly undergrad complex, but if you're a quiet grad student that needs to get work done, don't live here. The walls are thin and poorly insulated and the windows are extremely drafty. There is also an issue with other people letting their dogs do their business in the grass right in front of the apartments instead of taking them to the edges. The office has posted flyers saying those caught will be fined and it has improved, but it is still a problem.
