So far I have lived at college park for a year and a half. Overall, I have enjoyed living here, my biggest con is the location. I like they have a shuttle and if you have to can always ride the local transit bus. My biggest pro is all the extras they have I use the tanning bed a lot and the weight room is smaller but they do have the essentials and the people in the office just told me they were getting a lot more equipment so we will see. I have met a lot of people living here especially hanging out around the pool and hot tub in the summer. Its definitely in the summer definitely never boring and in the winter is relaxing. I haven't had any huge maintenance issues but if I have any they come within a day or to and either fix it then or get the parts to. Overall, I would recommend college park to a college student but probably not to an older person.
