I have lived in Muncie for over than 3 years, before finding UE my experience was not that great with leasing in other places.
but when I found UE and moved in since August 2008, my life took another path of comfort, this place offers to students all what they want, starting from the big, clean, healthy apartments, and the experience passes through entertainment, parties, sports and fitness, actually there is no line to end with because the services, flexibilities and kindness of the management staff is just unlimited.
I highly recommend this place to every ball state current or prospective future student, not only students but every single person who is planning to come live in muncie.
They just make you feel like your life has no problems.I have to admit that I have had the best experience of residency in Muncie Indiana by choosing University Estates.
