Anyone who lived here the past 3 years will tell you its a scam unless they all were friends before becoming roommates and they didn't check out any other places to live. The prices are overblown, it has terrible maintenance, the staff is "corporate" and the lease is one big scam. READ THE FINE PRINT! You will have ANY kind of roommate, prices and fees are hidden, and the facilities are way worse than neighboring complexes (Windermere) The hottuub is NASTY! People who aren't even residents have had sex and more in that pool area. The weight room is a joke. Look around people, don't rush in. They are SO nice at first. Soon as you sign on and they get commission its F you, pay me
