THE RENT AT THESE APARTMENTS IS GOOD FOR THE AREA BUT THERE ARE SOME THINGS THAT ARE IRRITATING. THEY DON'T FIX THE ROADS UP VERY WELL, SO YOU ARE ALWAYS HITTING POT HOLES. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE A SNOW REMOVAL COMPANY OUT HERE BUT THEY DON'T SEEM TO DO A VERY GOOD JOB EITHER AND THERES ALWAYS SLUSH LEFT THAT TURNS INTO ICE. THEY HAVE MANY STUPID RULES THAT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A KID LIVING AT HOME. THEY SAY THAT THEY HAVE A WALKING TRAIL BUT NOBODY USES IT BECAUSE IT IS COVERED IN DUCK POOP.

If you rent from people you have to follow rules. The last apartment I lived in would not let me have a grill, but it is something you have to deal with. Also roads are a city issue.

sorry dbsmith... the roads in the complex are the aprtments responsibility.. check into it further before yhou answer
