My boyfriend and I lived at Colonial Crest in 2004. We got a great deal on a 2-bedroom apartment. We never had any problems with the staff or maintenance but nothing broke down on us either. One complaint I do have is the thin walls. Even being upstairs, I could hear the people below me. Also, the parking lot was supposed to be repaved in addition to new parking lot lights being put up. They started this close to when we moved there but that's as far as it got. I even went to visit family in Muncie and drove by and it still wasn't done. Overall though, Colonial Crest was an enjoyable place to live.
