I have lived at three other apartment communities in Muncie. Colonial Crest is by far the best. The office staff go out of their way to make you happy and are very helpful. Any problems, which have been very few have been handled in a prompt, professional manner. The maintenance staff is very quick to fix anything. The property is beautiful and the people here are all very nice. Would highly recommend Colonial Crest for people of all ages
