Hmmm... You could do much better, but also much worse...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
We've lived here for over a year and have some mixed feelings about the complex. We'll start off with the good:
*Pet friendly
*Quiet community
*Large space for decent money
Now for the not so good (aka bad):
*OUTDATED appliances, drain energy
*Windows are VERY drafty
*Parking is a joke
*Maintenance is terrible, they're a bunch of guys that barely qualify to be generic handymen
*Staff are friendly unless you really want something
*HIGH electric bills due to poor insulation
*Pet deposit of $250 for EACH pet where other complexes only charge one total deposit despite number of pets
*THEY ARE LOCATED IN MUNCIE!!!
These apartments will make you feel like you are living back in the late 70's or early 80's. If you are interested in a vintage apartment these are the ones for you. There are many better places around Muncie but at the same time I would not say they were unbareable for a short term stay.
We have a townhouse and 2 dogs so we are paying 750 per month plus 30 for pets. We also have month to month lease currently as we plan to move here this month and that is an extra hundred dollars per month for a total of 880. Definitely not worth the money! Go find a newer complex
