I pay extra because my appliances and carpet are supposed to be "new" but nothing looks new about any appliances. The dishwasher leaks and the sinks don't drain. I've had the maintainance men out to fix them several times. Nothing in the bathroom drains well. The electric is extremely high. Both bedrooms are freezing regardless of how high you turn the heat up. The washer and water heater have both had leaks that result in water flowing into our downstairs apartment. The walls are paper thin, though fortunatly I do not noisy neighbors. Parking is a nightmare! I work until midnight and there is never a space in the entire parking lot. I often have to park in the guest parking. The pool was nice to have but it is not attended very well. The basketball court is definately not up to par and the sand box looks like a death trap! The office management has changed 3 times since I have moved in and conveniently my proof of payments have gone missing. I've even had one of the office ladies hang up on me. When I called back they acted like they didn't know what was going on. My roommate moved out a couple months ago and now it is just me living there and they wanted to evict me because they didn't think I could afford the payments! Overall... I can't wait to move out!
