Colonial Crest is the perfect place for doctors, professors, and young professionals that are looking for temp. living arrangements. The community is clean, functional, with terrific amenities. But importantly, it is close to BSU, Ball Hospital, downtown Muncie, and much more. I highly recommend Colonial Crest!!

Dont even think of going to these apartments. The new management is the worst I have seen ever. All the reviews here are probably written by the new management. The old management was actually better than the new one. Do proper research, there are better apartments in Muncie. Stay away !!
