Mike the manager is a first class jerk. Rude and does not care about anyone but himself. I talked to one of his staff members and she told me that they all think he is a jerk also. I guess thats why most of the staff is so rude, when the owner or manager is a jerk to their customers then the employees and staff pick up on that too and treat the renters the same. Broken promises, paper thin walls and a stinky, dumpy apartment with worn out carpet is all you will get here. move on with your search you'll be happy you did! This place certainly lives up to its Muncie locals nick-name "COLONIAL CRUST"!!!!!!!!! I broke my lease and paid the termination fee it was soo bad and wanted to get out of here! think twice before renting here. TRUST ME

I could not agree more . The manager picks on certain people and lies to your face. Muncie's premier property......What a joke. What happened to the resident parties? Why was the kids pool filled in.? Why does it take forever and a day to get things done? Has a background check been done on the staff? Makes you wonder.
