If you are looking to live at Colonial Crest Apartments. You should start by knowing the laws. If you don't know what the laws are, then Colonial Crest will take you for a costly ride.
The #1 thing to know that when you move out Indiana state law state that a landlord must provide you with a written invoice of any charges taken out of your deposit. And the deposit must be returned within 45 days or they have to pay you twice the amount.
I moved in when 3 ladies ran the office. Their were the nicest ladies you would ever meet. After those 3 quit, this Mike took over. He was very rude, nasty and the biggest lier I have ever met. My problems started with him.
Please think twice before living here.
