These apartments are very quiet, and relatively new (built around 1998) so the appliances are in great working order.

My apartment faces north toward the field, so there is no parking lot noise.

Nice balcony and outside storage.

All apartments open to the outside.

The grounds and pool are always in good upkeep.

Parking is sometimes an issue, especially in the winter when plowed snow takes up several spaces.

Maintenance is always prompt; the office staff knows you by name.

A very safe, relaxing and quiet place to live.

I sometimes hear noise from below, but never from any of the 2-3 surrounding apartments.

I suppose the space between the floors are just thin, but there are fire protective barriers between my apartment and the others to my sides, which filter out noise.

Not too many college students (not that they are bad --- this is just to emphasize that this the complex isn't filled with house parties every weekend).
