I have lived at Forest Oaks in Muncie for over a year. In Muncie, this apartment complex is the most luxurious and the newest as well. We have brand new washer and dryers in every unit, we have optional fireplace which I recommend, we have brand new dishwasher. Everything is clean and almost brand new. Very high ceilings, plush carpets, central air, a beautiful clubhouse, a fitness center, a swimming pool, ans a business center. My only complaints about Forest Oaks are that the appliances in the business center never work, and that the management changes almost every other month. Other than thatm and living in a city like Muncie, I highly recommend people to consider living in Forest Oaks Apartments!
