I would not recommend Forest Oaks to anyone in my family. Everything breaks in these cheaply built apartments, and when it does it takes the maintenance months to fix it. I do like the fact that they come with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, but it's rare that they ever work. I've spent more time at a laundry mat doing my laundry then at my own apartment that I pay a huge price for.If you want to avoid headaches don't live here!!
