I wrote one of the very positive remarks about Forest Oaks earlier.

The new manager has changed my mind completely (and I'm not the only one).

You will notice several others who feel the same way.

It is amazing how management can make you feel about where you live.

If you live here and never have any issues, you might be alright, but if you are like most people, something crops up.

Watch out for this new manager if it does.

He is all about the bottom dollar, and could care less about the tenants.

This is in marked contrast to previous management.
