Poor Management

My daughter and I have lived at Forest Oaks for a few months and have been less than pleased with the experience.

Frankly, the living is satisfactory, but aren't all living arrangments deemed acceptable'
Our issue has been management! Management is only concerned about having rentals at full capacity! They are not interested at all in satisfying current residents needs or concerns.

Therefore, attempting to address concerns makes it very difficult to say the least.

In any place of residence, make sure the management group is friednly, and approachable.
Thus, I would recommend exhausting all living options before pursuing Forest Oaks.
