Funny how eviction brings the worst out of certain people. Fox Brook has undergone new owners as of Nov 05. New Management April 06. All maintenance issues are handled within a 24 hour time line. On site management/maintenance with a 24 hour personal contact number offered. Friendly atmosphere with management willing to work with the tennants. Landscaping set for spring of 2007.
